The Denver Marriott City Center has a UPS on-site shipping store. There will be hotel staff on-site to assist with addressing and removing conference booth material from the hotel. Please coordinate the removal of your material prior to the event by scheduling a pickup with UPS, FedEx, or another carrier on August 23, 2017 by 11AM at the Denver Marriott City Center. Please keep your shipping account numbers with you on-site if additional forms need to be filled out. Please be aware and review of the hotel receiving information and fees for each box shipped on the last 2 pages of this packet.

August 21, 2017

• 7:00 am -2:00 pm: Exhibitor Setup Begins

• 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Happy Hour in the Expo Hall & Registration in the Conference Hall

(Exhibitors stationed at exhibit space. Marketing brochures and promotional items recommended.)

August 22, 2017

• 8:00 am - 7:00 pm: Expo Hall Open (all day and throughout the conference)

• 7:00 am - 8:00 am: Breakfast served in the foyer outside the Expo Hall

• 11:30 pm -12:30 pm: Lunch served in the foyer outside the Expo Hall

• 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Happy Hour in the Conference Hall

August 23, 2017

• 7:00 am - 11:00 am: Expo Hall Closes at 11AM

(ALL table materials & accessories must be cleaned up, packaged, labeled, and have prearranged shipping & handling plans. Please contact your preferred carrier for pick up on August 23, 2017 by 11AM. All packaging, labeling, and shipping are the exhibitor’s responsibility.)

Pre-Conference Inbound Shipping to the Denver Marriott City Center:

• Boxes and materials sent to the hotel for the event must not reach the hotel before August 17, 2016.

• The hotel charges a box handling fee for each shipped box based on weight. Please see the Exhibitor Packet for detailed pricing. You will be required to pay on-site at the UPS store located in the hotel.

• Please see the last page in the Exhibitor Packet for specific dock requirements and communication required with the hotel


Post-Conference outbound shipping from the Denver Marriott City Center:

• All Conference material must be labeled and picked up by your preferred carrier on August 23, 2017 before 11AM.

• Please note, all outbound shipments are the responsibility of the vendor. Any items left on the show floor after 11AM will be removed by a 3rd party and vendor will incur charges.
