Before your arrival at D1 expo

  • Exhibitor registration is officially open! Take advantage of early bird pricing at $4,500 through April 30. Beginning May 1, exhibit space will be available for $4,750. Book your booth here.

  • Each exhibitor booth will feature:

    • 10×10 booth space

    • One six-foot table

    • Carpeted flooring

    For your convenience, please provide your tracking information to the FedEx team at the JW Marriott.

    Be sure to follow all shipping instructions for any special requests or questions to guarantee your package is delivered to the Expo Hall.

    Please note that Mansfield will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged packages.

  • Yes, please work directly with the JW Marriott team to arrange a load-in and load-out appointment and coordinate the timing of your truck’s arrival at the loading dock to ensure a smooth unloading process.

Load in logistics

  • Exhibitor load-in will take place on Wednesday, August 19, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Please plan to have your booth fully set up by 4:30 PM so you are ready to welcome attendees during the 5:00 PM Happy Hour in the Expo Hall.

  • To pick up packages shipped to the JW Marriott, please stop by the on-site FedEx to sign and receive your items.

    If you are loading in your items at the loading dock, please directly connect with the JW Marriott for assistance.

Load out logistics

  • Exhibitor load-out will take place on Friday, August 21, from 9:00AM to 1:00 PM.

  • To ship out packages, please stop by the on-site FedEx to ship your items.

    If you are loading out your items at the loading dock, please directly connect with the JW Marriott for assistance.

    Please have return labels prepared ahead of time for shipments.
