  • Exhibitor registration is officially open! Take advantage of early bird pricing at $4,500 through April 30. Beginning May 1, exhibit space will be available for $4,750.

    The Expo Hall will be located in the Griffin Ballroom E-H.

  • Exhibitor Hall setup will take place on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 2:00–5:00 PM CST, followed immediately by Happy Hour at 5:00 PM CST in the Expo Hall.

  • Each exhibitor booth will feature:

    • 10×10 booth space

    • One six-foot table

    • Carpeted flooring

  • JW Marriott Nashville offers shipping services through FedEx. Please click here for more information.

    For your convenience, please provide your tracking information to the FedEx team at the JW Marriott. Be sure to follow all shipping instructions for any special requests or questions to guarantee your package is delivered to the Expo Hall.

  • Take-down : Friday, August 21 from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

    Please have return labels prepared ahead of time for shipments.
