  • Andy Austin, SVP, Specialty Products

    As Mansfield’s SVP of New Business Innovation, Andy Austin is responsible for fostering new business growth initiatives at Mansfield. He is a results-oriented leader with over 20 years’ experience building and innovating businesses in downstream energy markets. As a business leader, Andy has driven growth and profitability of venture capital-backed startups, enterprise intraventures, and corporate business units. Andy partners with Mansfield business leaders to identify, evaluate, and nurture innovative business growth opportunities. He holds an undergraduate degree from LeMoyne College and an MBA from Northwestern – Kellogg.

  • Doug Brady, VP, Operations

    As Vice President of Operations, Doug oversees Mansfield’s Order-to-Cash process ensuring key operational activities are successful.  This includes customer service, dispatch, logistics, Account Management, FS&S Service Team, and Middle Office functions.

    During his 23 years at Mansfield, Doug served as VP of Sales Support, VP of Customer Experience, Director of Operations, and spent 13 years in National Sales.  Prior to his current role, he created and led the On Demand Sales Team.  He also spent a year in Houston partnering with Mansfield Service Partners collaborating on sales and operational best practices.

  • George Kounalakis, VP. Sales

    George M. Kounalakis is a senior energy executive and the Vice President of Sales for Mansfield Energy’s Wholesale, OnDemand & Aviation divisions where he leads national sales strategy across one of North America’s largest fuel supply and logistics networks. In this role, he directs Mansfield’s commercial growth initiatives, mentors a high-performing sales organization, and partners closely with operations and supply teams to deliver reliable, cost-optimized fuel solutions to industrial, commercial, and government customers. His leadership focuses on expanding market share, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and positioning Mansfield as a trusted partner in an increasingly dynamic fuels and sustainability landscape. 

  • Jim Timmer, VP, DEF

    James (Jim) Timmer serves as the Vice President, DEF for Mansfield Oil Company.  In his role, Jim is responsible for all aspects of the DEF business.

    Prior to Mansfield, Jim was the Chief Operating Officer for Additech, Inc. where he spent 15 years growing the company from startup into a $20MM company. 

    Prior to Additech, Jim spent 10 years with ExxonMobil serving in a variety of roles in engineering, operations, corporate planning, rail management, and pipeline.  Jim began his career as an Officer in the US Army after he was educated at the United States Military Academy at West Point where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.  He later completed a Masters of Business Administration from Averett University.

  • NIKKI BOOTH, SR MANAGER, LOGISTICS

    Nikki Booth, a recipient for SIGMA’s "Up-and-Comer" Golden SWAN Award, has been a key figure in supply chain management for over 20 years, specializing in strategic vendor partnerships within the energy sector. Since joining Mansfield in 2007, she has led logistics strategies across the business, overseeing $70 million in freight procurement annually while delivering over 1 billion gallons through FTL logistics.

    A proud "Double Dawg," Nikki holds both an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Georgia. She is also a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, demonstrating her commitment to operational excellence. In her role, Nikki leverages her expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and energy to create efficiencies, mentor teams, and drive positive outcomes for organizations and communities alike. With a passion for leadership and continuous improvement, she thrives on opportunities that challenge her to grow and become a more well-rounded leader.
